1. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to registered Online Safety Officers (OSOs), Givebacks PTAs, and school parents who are legal residents of the United States and at least 18 years old. Participants must represent a K-12 school or PTA to receive a donation. Employees, officers, and directors of Givebacks, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. The same person and/or school cannot win both prizes. Void where prohibited.

2. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Givebacks, Inc., 4441 Six Forks Road, Suite 106, Raleigh, NC 27609.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on February 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM (local time) and ends on February 28, 2025, at 11:59 PM (local time).

4. How to Enter

Participants earn entries by completing the following tasks:

• Submit a quote about online safety: 1 entry.
• Sign up for 30 days of Aura Parental Controls: 1 entry.
• Sign Up for a Year of Aura Family Plan (Free): 1 entry.
• Send an Email to Parents: 5 entries.
• Host a Webinar or Event: 15 entries.

Proof of completed tasks (e.g., screenshots, photos, meeting agendas) must be submitted via the online submission portal by 11:59 PM on February 28, 2025.

Each entry counts toward the random draw for the Grand Prize. Points also determine the Top Point Earner Prize.

5. Prizes

• Grand Prize (Random Draw): $1,000 cash for the winner + $1,500 donation to their school.
• Top Point Earner Prize: $1,000 cash for the winner + $1,500 donation to their school.

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes: $5,000.

Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• Grand Prize Winner: Selected randomly from all eligible entries on or about March 6, 2025.
• Top Point Earner: Determined based on verified task submissions on or about March 6, 2025.

Winners will be notified by email. Failure to respond within seven (7) days or ineligibility may result in an alternate winner being selected.

7. Publicity

By entering, participants agree to allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and submitted materials for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify participants for tampering, rule violations, or unsportsmanlike conduct. The Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures or incomplete submissions.

The Sweepstakes may be modified, suspended, or canceled at the Sponsor's discretion due to unforeseen circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

Participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from participation or prize acceptance.

10. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Raleigh, NC.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected will only be used for administering the Sweepstakes and is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

12. Winners List

To obtain a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Givebacks, Inc., 4441 Six Forks Road, Suite 106, Raleigh, NC 27609, postmarked by March 31, 2025.
